How Our Diary Works
Our diary at Nailed That! Beauty Salon in Aston Clinton, Aylesbury opens 6 weeks at a time.
A limited diary means we can ensure that bookings remain fair
for regular clients, new clients and our growing team.
Remember that time you got a phone call to ask to swap your appointment
because your technician is no longer available that day?
Well this will stop those phone calls happening,
no reshuffling of any appointment should be needed unless required by you.
No Deposits – Just Secure Card Capture
To keep things simple and stress-free, we no longer take deposits.
Instead, we use a secure card capture system when you book online.
Your card details are safely stored by our booking provider,
but you won’t be charged anything upfront.
Payment is only taken:
For the proposes of our cancellation policy in the case of a late cancellation or no-show.
Card capture keeps your booking protected, reduces no-shows, and ensures our diary runs smoothly for every client. It’s quick, safe and gives you full peace of mind... no surprise charges, ever.

Whether you’re booking BIAB or Gel nails, a Brow Lamination, A Massage or Facial
or even another of our tropical-inspired beauty treatments, we can’t wait to welcome you to our relaxing Buckinghamshire garden salon oasis.
Restrictions
At our Salon here in Aston Clinton:
We do not apply Gel or BIAB to anyone under the age of 14.
We do not carry out a HD BROW service to anyone under the age of 16.
We do not carry out a BROWSCULPT (Lamination) service to anyone under the age of 18.
We do not carry out a waxing service to anyone under the age of 16.
If you are pregnant we cannot carry out a lash lift, BrowSculpt or the tinting process for your HD Brow.
Record Cards & Consultation
Before your first appointment here with us at our Tropical Aylesbury Beauty Salon:
We will require you to fill out a record card,
and a pre-appointment consultation will be required to be filled out
before each appointment for your safety.
Prior to your appointment you will receive a secure easy access online link,
where you are required to fill out the important information we need from you before your service.
Failure of this being done will require your appointment to be cancelled and you will be charged a fee.
All personal records are kept safely and securely by Nailed That!
Cancellations, No-Shows & Lateness Policy
At Nailed That! Beauty Salon in Aston Clinton, Aylesbury,
no-shows, late cancellations and lateness have a big impact on the smooth running of our Buckinghamshire garden salon.
When an appointment is missed or delayed, it affects our team, our schedule and the experience of other clients.
Cancellation Policy – 24 Hours’ Notice
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or amend your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged via our secure card-capture system.
This helps us keep appointments fair, available and running on time for all clients.
Lateness Policy
We always try to run on time to protect the relaxing atmosphere of our salon.
Even 10 minutes over can create a knock-on effect for the rest of the day, affecting staff efficiency and other clients’ visits.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your full treatment.
In this case, the cancellation fee will apply as we have lost that appointment time.
If You Can’t Make Your Appointment…
Life happens...we completely understand.
If you’re unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule you.
Letting us know early also allows another client to take your slot... and one day, it might be you who needs that last-minute opening.
